  • Condition: Items must be in new, unused condition, with original packaging and tags intact.
  • Exclusions: Certain products, such as sale items, personalized products, or gift cards, may not be eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is being returned due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged items), eventually additional fees can be applied as restocking fees up to 20% of the product price.
  • Return Label: The return label is the responsibility of the costumer However a prepaid return label can be provided upon request, with the label cost deducted from your refund amount.
  • Packaging: Securely package the item to prevent damage during transit.

4. Refund Process

We process refunds quickly and efficiently:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving and verifying the returned item.
  • Original shipping costs (if applicable), are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error with your order.
